TWIN FATE

Twin Fate

Exploding Kittens meets DanDân. Two players share one deck of paired cards and one graveyard. Flip the Omen, hunt its twin, and end your turn holding exactly that card — then survive the Sweat.

How it works

Every edition plays the same core game. Only the temperament changes.

Step 1

A deck of pairs

One 72-card spell deck — 36 cards, exactly two copies of each — shared by both players, with a single shared graveyard. No lands in the deck; every draw is live.

Step 2

Flip the Omen

At setup, flip the top card face-up into the middle of the table. That card is the Omen — its other copy, the twin, is the only card that can win the game.

Step 3

Arm the Sweat

End your turn with exactly one card in hand and you must reveal it. Anything but the twin, you lose on the spot. If it is the twin, it arms — and you must survive your opponent's entire next turn still holding it.

Step 4

Buy land by discarding

Once per turn in your main phase, discard a card to take a land from the Land Pool. The pool never refills — and your discard feeds the shared graveyard your opponent recurs from.
